TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo tercero. Tanto las empresas que hoy tienen en administración delegada servicios públicos de la capital, como las que se organicen de acuerdo con la autorización conferida por el artículo 1°, podrán adquirir, enajenar o gravar bienes inmuebles, sin otras formalidades especiales que las establecidas en sus propios reglamentos y la previa autorización del Alcalde de Bogotá.

Es entendido que tales empresas gozarán de las mismas exenciones de que goce el Municipio de Bogotá.
