º. El personal de los organismos de seguridad del Estado destinado en comisión en los centros y pabellones de mediana y alta seguridad del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, en los empleos a que se refiere el artículo 1º del presente decreto, tendrán derecho a percibir por concepto de prima de seguridad mensual, sin carácter salarial un valor que sumado a su sueldo básico iguale el ingreso laboral total correspondiente al empleo desempeñado en comisión.
