Artículo segundo. Los elementos importados al país por la Fuerza Aérea para sus servicios aeronáuticos, estarán exentos de los impuestos de giro y depósitos de garantía en el Banco de la Republica, y la Oficina de Registro de Cambios, Importaciones y Exportaciones, concederá preferencialmente los registros de Importación de los elementos indicados en el artículo anterior.
