Queda prohibida la exportación de monedas de plata o de barras procedentes de la fundición de monedas u otros objetos del mismo metal. La Junta consultiva de la Oficina de Control de Cambios permitirá, con los requisitos que el Gobierno estime necesarios, la exportación de la plata que se produzca en las minas del país. También podrá conceder licencias a los que manufacturen objetos de plata para que sepa que provean del metal que requieran para su industria.
