º. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, a los alcaldes que deban cumplir comisiones de servicio en el exterior del país se les aplicará la escala de viáticos establecida en el artículo 1º del Decreto 11 de 1996 y demás disposiciones que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
