De la ejecución de los programas. El Ministerio de Salud, los Servicios Secionales de Salud, las Unidades Regionales de Salud y las demás entidades del Sistema Nacional de Salud deberán ejecutar sus propios programas de administración de personal siguiendo las políticas y normas generales de personal formuladas polla Dirección del Sistema Nacional de Salud, de conformidad con el Decreto 691 de 1873 y el presente Reglamento.
