El Gobierno Nacional contribuirá también con la suma de dos mil pesos oro para la celebración del centenario de la heroína Mercedes Abrego, que se celebrara en Cúcuta el 13 de octubre del año de 1913.Dicha suma se considerara incluida en el Presupuesto correspondiente.
