Con base en el contracrédito efectuado en el artículo anterior, acredítese en el CAPITULO III PRESUPUESTO DE LAS ENTIDADES RECEPTORAS DIRECTAS DE REGALIAS Y COMPENSACIONES, SUBCAPITULO I- DEPARTAMENTOS la suma de SEISCIENTOS QUINCE MIL CUATROCIENTOS OCHENTA Y DOS MILLONES SEISCIENTOS TREINTA MIL CUATROCIENTOS TREINTA Y NUEVE PESOS MONEDA LEGAL ( $ 615.482.630.439), para compensar a las entidades beneficiarias de asignaciones directas de que trata el

transitorio del artículo 361 de la Constitución Política, de acuerdo con el siguiente detalle:

Los recursos de que trata el presente artículo se desagregan entre las entidades territoriales beneficiarias de la compensación de asignaciones directas según los montos señalados en el Anexo 2 que hace parte integral del presente Decreto.
