Asesoría a las entidades territoriales. Las instituciones financieras que administren los patrimonios y encargos descritos en los artículos 2.2.9.3.2. y 2.2.9.3.3. de este decreto podrán prestar asesoría a las entidades territoriales y sus descentralizadas en la emisión de los bonos pensionales correspondientes y podrán realizar la administración de dichas emisiones.
