Las entidades competentes para tramitar la solicitud de modificación, una vez transcurridos los dos meses del vencimiento de la fecha para formular oposiciones, mediante acto administrativo citará a audiencia pública a la que convocará a quienes por ley deban citarse, así como a las personas que hayan presentado oposiciones, para divulgar los términos y condiciones de la modificación y las oposiciones presentadas, si las hubiere.
