Artículo único. Reconócese á cargo del Tesoro y á favor del Sr. Coronel D Roberto Jeremías Durán la suma de nueve mil novecientos cincuenta y dos pesos treinta y cinco centavos ($ 9,952-35) con que dicho señor sostuvo las tropas legitimistas organizadas por él en su carácter de Prefecto ó Jefe Muncipal de la Provincia del Quindío durante la rebelión de 1885.

Declárase la suma referida inolnída en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia de 1897 y 1898.
