Para contribuir al desarrollo del Municipio de Caicedonia, facúltese al Gobierno para que realice las siguientes inversiones, con estricta sujeción a los planes y programas de desarrollo:

Construcción de una variante en la vía que de Caicedonia conduce a Sevilla.

Construcción de un colegio de bachillerato.

Construcción de la Casa de la Cultura.

Construcción del Ancianato "Tercera Edad" con sus anexidades.

Reconstrucción y pavimentación carretera Cuba-Estación Caicedonia (o la Alambrada).

Construcción del Coliseo Cubierto.
