Art. 4.° Son inválidos mutilados los que han sufrido la amputación de algún miembro , i no mutilados , los que no se hallen en tal caso.

Inválidos asimilados a mutilados son los que, sin haber sufrido amputación, han perdido completamente el uso de algun miembro.
