Artículo quinto. El precio de costo del azúcar importado será el principal de cada pedido, incluyendo aseguro y flete hasta puerto colombiano, reducido a moneda legal colombiana, al tipo de cambio de las monedas extranjeras compradas para el pago, más el costo de transporte, distribución, almacenaje comisionéis, asegures, ventas y cualesquiera otros que fuere necesario efectuar, como reempaques, etc., hasta que el azúcar se entregue a los compradores.
