Queda facultado el Gobierno para invertir en el Colegio que se nacionaliza las partidas que figuren apropiadas en el presupuesto como auxilios para el instituto de que se trata y, además, para tomar del presupuesto señalado al Ministerio de Educación, las partidas necesarias para su sostenimiento, pudiendo hacer los traslados presupuestales pertinentes.
