El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga el Decreto 1031 de 1963, los numerales 1, 2 y 3 del artículo 6º del Decreto 2461 de 1980, el artículo 5º del Decreto 3277 de 1980, los artículos 4º y 7º del Decreto 3604 de 1981, el Decreto 3663 de 1982, el Decreto 990 de 1983, el Decreto 2733 de 1984, el Decreto 1616 de 1985 y el Decreto 1596 de 1985. No obstante lo dispuesto en este artículo, el numeral 2º del artículo 2º y el artículo 4º del presente Decreto, regirán a partir del 1º de julio de 1987. Entre tanto continuará vigente el artículo 2º del Decreto 3663 de 1982.
