Los individuos en uso de buen retiro que reingresen al servicio, automáticamente quedarán en uso de las jinetas de buena conducta que tenían al tiempo de ser retirados y tendrán, además, derecho a que se les liquide el tiempo anterior de buena conducta, para obtener las jinetas.
