El personal para los dos primeros cursos se tomara del personal de Agentes más distinguidos de todas las divisiones de la Policía Nacional. Este personal, que será seleccionado por los respectivos comandantes, se someterá a los exámenes de que trata el artículo 14 para los efectos de la selección definitiva. El personal para los demás cursos, se seleccionara, en la forma prevista en el artículo 14 de este Reglamento.
