Asistencia Técnica a los Archivos Históricos Privados . Los archivos o documentos históricos privados que formen parte del registro a que alude el artículo anterior, podrán recibir asistencia técnica del Archivo General de la Nación y de las entidades territoriales a través de los Consejos Territoriales de Archivos, teniendo en cuenta la disponibilidad de sus propios recursos.
