Operadores Catastrales En Territorios Y Territorialidades Indígenas

Operadores catastrales en Territorios y Territorialidades Indígenas . Para el desarrollo operativo del levantamiento de información catastral, se contará con operadores catastrales indígenas para los resguardos, reservas y territorios protegidos con acto administrativo regulados por el Decreto número 2333 del 2014, compilado en el Decreto número 1071 de 2015 o las normas que lo modifiquen y/o sustituyan.

Parágrafo

En los territorios y territorialidades diferentes a los resguardos, reservas y territorios protegidos con acto administrativo, se contará con operadores catastrales que implementen enfoques interculturales de operación catastral.
