Los Administradores principales de Hacienda remitirán a la Direccion jeneral de Correos, en los primeros ocho dias de cada mes, una relacion de los productos i gastos de las Oficinas telegráficas en el mes anterior, por oficinas, tomada del libro de que trata el artículo 18 de este decreto, i visada por el funcionario que pasa la visita.
