Efectividad de la indemnización . La indemnización a que se refiere el artículo 16 de este Decreto, por incapacidad permanente parcial de trabajo, será cubierta por la institución de previsión social a la cual esté afiliado el empleado y en defecto de dicha afiliación se pagará por la entidad o empresa empleadora, inmediatamente después del señalamiento de la incapacidad.
