Definición. El Sistema de Gestión y Control de Flota (SGCF) está constituido por todos los equipos, infraestructura, aplicativos informáticos y procesos que permiten realizar las actividades de planeación, programación y control de la operación del SETP. Entendiendo por planeación y programación la especificación de las rutas, servicios y frecuencias del sistema; y por control, aquellas actividades que tienen como fin coordinar, vigilar, registrar y fiscalizar dicha operación, así como hacer seguimiento de los indicadores de servicio del sistema.
