Inspección, vigilancia y control del Sistema Único de Habilitación . La inspección, vigilancia y control del Sistema único de Habilitación, será responsabilidad de las Direcciones Departamentales y Distritales de Salud, la cual se ejercerá mediante la realización de las visitas de verificación de que trata el artículo 21 del presente decreto, correspondiendo a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, vigilar que las Entidades Territoriales de Salud ejerzan dichas funciones.
