Artículo único. Modifícase el Decreto 1878 de 1933, en el sentido de destinar únicamente la cantidad de veinte mil pesos ($ 20,000) en moneda de níquel para el cambio de las antiguas, y la de ochenta mil pesos ($ 80,000) en las mismas monedas para darlas a la circulación.
