Solamente Se Reconocerá La Transformación A Los Vehículos De Modelos 1967 Y Posteriores

ARTICULO 84. Solamente se reconocerá la transformación a los vehículos de modelos 1967 y posteriores. Los propietarios de vehículos de modelos 1967 a 1973 tendrán plazo para transformarlos hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1993. A partir de dicha fecha no se les reconocerá la transformación. El reconocimiento de la transformación a estos vehículos consiste en prolongar su vida útil por doce (12) años a partir de la fecha de la transformación.

Parágrafo

La vida útil de los vehículos de servicio público colectivo municipal de pasajeros y/o mixto es de veinte (20) años.
