A partir de la vigencia de esta Ley, establécese la siguiente escala de sueldos y aumentos para los empleados de las Cámaras así:

Los demás empleados al servicio del Congreso quedarán aumentados en sus asignaciones actuales en un veinticinco por ciento (25%).
