Artículo. 22 . Pliego de cargos . Recibido el expediente, el Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura deberá, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes, proceder a calificar la actuación mediante providencia motivada, en la cual se establecerá si hay o no mérito para adelantar el proceso disciplinario, y en caso afirmativo formulará el correspondiente pliego de cargos. Si no hallare fundamento para proseguir la actuación, ordenará en la misma providencia, el archivo del expediente. El Consejo levantará un acta en la cual se dejará constancia de lo anterior.
