La Registraduria Nacional del Estado Civil deberá remitir a las Registradores Municipales, a más tardar el 4 de marzo de 1953, los censos numéricos de los ciudadanos que tengan derecho a votar con la nueva cédula a fin de que se dé cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 14 del Decreto número 2830 de 1952.
