Corresponde al Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos, Invima y a las Entidades Territoriales de Salud adoptar las medidas de prevención y correctivas necesarias para dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones del presente decreto, así como tomar las medidas sanitarias de seguridad, adelantar los procedimientos y aplicar las sanciones que se deriven de su incumplimiento.
