º ORGANIZACION Y PARTICIPACION . Promover y apoyar la plena y libre participación de los jóvenes las mujeres y los mayores en condiciones de igualdad en las distintas actividades de la vida política cívica y comunitaria. Apoyar los procesos organizativos de los jóvenes mujeres y los mayores para fortalecer su capacidad de negociación frente al Estado y como gestores de su propio desarrollo. Suscribir los contratos que se requieran para el cumplimiento de las anteriores funciones. Las demás acciones que se requieran para el cumplimiento de las funciones aquí señaladas.
