Los canales de radio y televisión y los cinematógrafos que operen en el país, sólo podrán trasmitir propaganda de bebidas alcohólicas, cigarrillos y tabaco en horarios y con la intensidad que determine el Ministerio de Salud Pública, de común acuerdo con el Ministerio de Comunicaciones al cual corresponda vigilar el cumplimiento de esta disposición.
