El Gobierno nacional, en conjunto con las entidades territoriales, deberán crear campañas de difusión sobre lo dispuesto en la presente ley. Así mismo; podrán implementar, divulgar y fortalecer mecanismos pedagógicos para sensibilizar a la ciudadanía en general sobre la importancia de la salud mental.
