° Para la dirección y manejo del Fondo de Trabajo, la Junta Directiva y el Gerente del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia observarán las disposiciones que los Estatutos de éste contienen para la disposición y manejo de sus propios bienes e ingresos. En todo caso, para la expedición, celebración o ejecución de los actos a que se refiere el presente artículo se necesitará el concepto previo del Director de la Imprenta, de lo cual se dejará la correspondiente constancia.
