Las sumas necesarias para el cumplimiento de las obras ordenadas por la presente Ley y hasta la cantidad de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($250 000.00) serán apropiados por el Gobierno Nacional en los presupuestos para las vigencias fiscales de 1952-1953. En caso de no apropiarse, el Gobierno queda facultado para verificar dentro del respectivo Presupuesto los créditos y contracréditos que fueren necesarios.
