El señor Presidente de la República reserva el derecho de concurrir excepcionalmente a los banquetes y fiestas que ofrezcan las Embajadas o Legaciones, y siempre que se celebren en su honor. Después de acordada la aceptación, por intermedio del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, la invitación respectiva le será hecha personalmente, en audiencia privada, por el Jefe de la Misión.
