El Jurado de Aduanas tiene las siguientes funciones:

1ª Resolver, verdad sabida y buena fe guardada, sobre las apelaciones de las multas impuestas por los Administradores de Aduana a los importadores o exportadores de mercancías y a los Capitanes de los buques mercantes.

2ª Las que le asigna el artículo 179 del Código Fiscal.

3ª Las que le señale el artículo 8º de la Ley 117 de 1913 , sobre Tarifa de Aduanas.
