Asignase a NELSY RAQUEL MUNAR JARAMILLO las funciones de Jefe de Misión y acredítese como Embajador Extraordinario Plenipotenciario de Colombia ante el Gobierno de la República de Azerbaiyán. para lo cual se le expedirán las Cartas Credenciales correspondientes.

Parágrafo

NELSY RAQUEL MUNAR JARAMILLO es funcionario inscrito en el escalafón de la Carrera Diplomática y Consular. en la categoría de Embajador.
