Se entenderán ejecutados los recursos en la cuenta de la Nación - Fondo de Prestaciones del Sector Salud, asignados para la respectiva vigencia fiscal, siempre y cuando la resolución de reconocimiento de beneficiarios del Fondo del Pasivo se encuentre en firme y en todo caso el giro a las entidades beneficiarias estará sujeto a la firma y perfeccionamiento de los contratos establecidos en el artículo 2° de este decreto. .
