Artículo segundo. La planta de los Equipos de Educación Fundamental, que se determina en este Decreto, podrá ser reajustada de acuerdo con los estudios posteriores que se realicen conjuntamente con la Secretaría de Organización e Inspección de la Administración Pública y el Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil.
