Los funcionarios diplomáticos y consulares de la República, deben adherir y anular las estampillas destinadas al pago de los derechos a que se refiere el artículo precedente, a todo documento que haya de llevarlas. Las estampillas serán vendidas a los interesados por dichos funcionarios, a razón de un dólar o su equivalente en moneda del respectivo país, por cada peso.
