ARTICULO 94. Suspensión goce de vacaciones. En principio, no debe interferirse el goce de las vacaciones concedidas a los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional. Si por exigencias excepcionales del servicio debe interrumpirse el goce de ellas, el empleado no pierde el derecho a disfrutar los días que le quedaren pendientes, lo cual hará cuando las circunstancias del mismo servicio lo permitan.
