En el caso a que se refiere el artículo anterior se dará aviso al dueño de la propiedad a fin de conseguir su aquiescencia voluntaria para practicar las operaciones indispensables, y si esa aquiescencia no pudiere conseguirse, se dará aviso a la autoridad Política a cuya jurisdicción corresponda el predio a fin de que, previa la notificación correspondiente, obligue al propietario dejar verificar el estudio.
