°. Remisión General. Para efectos del presente Decreto, se aplicarán todas las definiciones y disposiciones relativas al régimen de zonas francas establecidas en el Decreto 2685 de 1999, incluyendo el procedimiento para la liquidación de los tributos aduaneros establecido en el artículo 400 del mismo decreto, sus modificaciones, adiciones o normas que lo sustituyan y disposiciones reglamentarias con excepción de las consideraciones especiales aquí establecidas.
