ARTICULO 2o. Las personas a que se refiere el artículo anterior, tendrán derecho a continuar percibiendo una remuneración equivalente al ochenta y tres por ciento de la asignación básica señalada para sus empleos en la escala que fija el artículo 5o del Decreto-ley 717 de 1978.
