DESTINACIÓN DEL REMANENTE. Los remanentes de la liquidación serán transferidos a una institución privada sin ánimo de lucro que preste servicios de carácter social a los trabajadores, la cual será establecida en los estatutos o escogida por los asociados o delegados en asamblea general.
