Articulo 26 . Negación de la licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento . Transcurrido el termino anterior, sin que se hayan cumplido las recomendaciones, el ministerio de salud mediante resolución motivada, negar la solicitud de licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento, la cual sólo podrá volverse a solicitar transcurridos treinta (30) días hábiles contados a partir de la ejecutoria de la providencia respectiva.
