° Suspensión de la audiencia. Cuando lo solicite alguno de los comparecientes o el Magistrado o Consejero lo considere conveniente, podrá suspenderse la audiencia, la cual continuará a más tardar dentro del quinto día hábil siguiente a la suspensión, por una o más veces a juicio del Consejero o Magistrado conductor.
