Derechos a favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones. Los derechos tarifarios que determine el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, se deberán cancelar a favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones dentro de los términos establecidos, sin perjuicio de los intereses a que hubiere lugar y de los reajustes que establezcan las normas que regulan la materia.
