Derógase el artículo 2° del Decreto número 390 del presente año. En consecuencia el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública reconocerá a los empleados y profesores de la Escuela Normal Central de Institutoras, los sueldos correspondientes a los meses de febrero y marzo.
